JOB DESCRIPTION: Monitor for attendance of residents. - Residents' preferences. - Meal delivery to rooms if needed. - Knowledge of resident's dietary restrictions as posted.
RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF WAIT STATION WORK AREA, WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: - Replenishing any out of or low stocked items at the wait station. - Alert supervisor if any items are low or need ordering. - Rotate stock using FIFO guidelines to ensure fresh product service. - Maintaining cleanliness of the floors, counter tops, beneath counter tops, refrigerators, storage spaces, coffee stations. Etc. - Maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment in work area. - Sweeping and vacuuming of Main Dining Room and surrounding areas.
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Resetting of Main Dining Room in between meals. Changing table clothes, utensils, glassware, condiments, etc. - Resetting each table with cleaned items. - Vacuum and sweep between meals. - Ensure that all items are in stock prior to service - Ensure that all items are washed, and tables reset for next service.
