Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Care: Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents’ needs.

  • Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.

  • Collaboration: Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.

  • Leadership: Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.

    Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Active and valid LPN license in NYS.

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).

STARTING RATE: $25.75/hr. ($25.75 – $28.87 per hour, depending on experience)
