Our Eastern Territorial Headquarters in West Nyack, NY has an opening for a full-time temporary office clerk supporting the Legal Department. This individual will assist with an ongoing project of digitalizing legal documents and in other areas as needed. This temporary position will be for up to a ten week period.
Responsibilities
Shred accumulated boxes of scanned legal documents.
Assist Imagers with preparation of files for scanning. This includes removing staples, clips and copying onion skin papers onto regular paper so they can be scanned.
Assist with the scanning of legal documents.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1 year of related experience
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and/or extended walking and standing.
