Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiation Oncology Technology required. Five years experience and training in Radiation Oncology required. Possesses knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Department specific training. Proficiency with most major Radiation Oncology equipment, manufacturer's hardware and software. Ability to comply with on- call specifics. Registered with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists. Current BLS certification. Maintains all registries and licenses required by state and federal law. CMD eligible and certified within two years of hire.
