Behavioral Management: to provide ongoing interventions that support the child and family in implementing a care plan. Job Type: Part-Time and Full-Time Hours: Flexible, varies from Sunday to Saturday Location: Seeking Behavioral Management Specialists for Utica, Herkimer, and Rome. Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and vehicle insurance. Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma, high school equivalency. 2,000 hours experience with youth who have serious emotional disturbances (SED) is required. Lived experience is valued. Background checks and fingerprinting are required for employment, with costs covered by the employer.
