Unity House Physical Therapist in Troy, New York

A Child’s Place at Unity House has full-time and part-time positions available in our Physical Therapy Department. Work with a supportive multidisciplinary team for both in both home and school-based therapy.

Position is eligible for a $750 sign on bonus.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to children from birth to age five years.

Use up to date evidence based pediatric physical therapy practices.

Assist with evaluations for children from birth to age five years.

Reports must be completed on time for all evaluations.

Complete reports in a timely manner.

Complete all billing in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and pediatric internship preferred. Three to five years physical therapy experience preferred. At least two of these years pediatric experience preferred. New graduates will be considered. New York State certification required. Must have reliable transportation. Valid and clean NYS driver’s license. Strong problem-solving skills. Must have computer knowledge.
