Syracuse University Executive Entrepreneur in Residence in Syracuse, New York
This is a part-time 25 hour a week position
The Executive Entrepreneur in Residence at the Whitman School of Management will work with faculty and staff to provide mentorship to student entrepreneurs, professional connections with industry, and work on high impact entrepreneurship-related projects to support the goals of the Whitman Entrepreneurship Center and the Department of Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises. This person will also serve as a main liaison with others in the entrepreneurship ecosystem at Syracuse University and provide support for the Couri Hatchery programming. The Executive Entrepreneur in Residence will be also assigned to teach up to two courses (or their equivalent) throughout the academic year. The successful candidate will have a broad network and professional visibility among entrepreneurs, have multiple years of practical experience, and have the drive to support high-impact entrepreneurship programming. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a major benefit. The Executive Entrepreneur in Residence is designed to be a renewable two-year position at the Whitman School of Management.
