Job Summary:

The Clinical Coordination Assistant will work cross-program with nursing students in the Onondaga Community College Associate's Degree program and the Upstate undergraduate RN-BS program to coordinate administrative requirements for clinical experiences at both institutions, utilizing in-person clinical, simulation laboratory, and other opportunities to include interprofessional education. This position shall also support faculty activities to improve student persistence, curricula development, student support, instructional strategies, and PLA process. This position is funded through NYS High Needs grant funding through 6/30/2023.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree and 2 years administrative experience in a healthcare or academic setting. Excellent communication, organization and computer skills with proficiency and working knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
