About Us: Lane Valente Industries is a leading facilities maintenance and construction company. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients and are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our in-house legal team.
Position Overview: As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with our in-house counsel to support various legal functions, including corporate law, business licensing, and contract reviews. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, and reviewing contracts and agreements.
Conduct legal research on corporate law, business licensing, and other relevant legal matters.
Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of corporate documents and filings.
Help manage and organize legal documents and files.
Provide support in handling legal inquiries and issues.
Participate in legal meetings and discussions.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.
Strong interest in corporate law, business licensing, and contract law.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
