We are flexible - this can be either a part time or full time enhanced weekends position - 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. working TWO 12-hour shifts between Friday 7:00 pm and Monday 7:30 am. Additional shifts available during week.

Pay: LPN - $26.00 - $33.00 per hour; RN - $33.00 - $40.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with licensure (LPN or RN) and years of post-license experience. Generous extra pay for evening, overnight and weekend shifts.


The Nurse is a member of a self-directed team and is responsible for providing exceptional care, supporting leisure, maintaining a safe and clean home, and providing meal and laundry support for those who live in the home. As Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents are living according to their desires.


  • Current NYS LPN or RN license

  • Current NYS CPR certification

  • Ability to attend/complete orientation

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative with little direction

  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience

  • Previous experience with elder care desired

  • Leadership, organizational, and communication skills required

  • Ability to comply with NYS Department of Health immunization requirements.

    Physical Requirements

     Stands, sits, and walks most of the day. Frequent moving and ability to lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform activities as defined in skills check list.
