As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are the engine and the heart of patient care at Rochester Regional Health. The Inpatient Oncology/Hematology Unit at Rochester General Hospital is an Acute Medical Unit that specializes in Hematology, Oncology, Gyn/Oncology, and Palliative Care. The focus of the unit is treatment of various cancers and the complications that arise from treatments and the diseases. The unit works closely with the Lipson Cancer Center.
STATUS: Part Time (24 hours)
LOCATION: Rochester General Hospital
DEPARTMENT: Oncology/Hematology (Sands 600)
SCHEDULE: Day/Evening/Night, every other Weekend/Holiday

- Medication Administration & Reporting. Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal
- Documentation. Ensure concise, pertinent and complete patient care documentation using computerized medical record process
- AS: Nursing (Required)
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
