Responsibilities

It is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Ambulatory Imaging Sciences nursing team for an RN with at least 1 year of acute care experience. This dynamic position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and provides exposure to Diagnostic Imaging specialties. . We specialize in providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRI’s, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-ray and ultrasound Applicants should have an interest in working in a multidisciplinary team setting focused on team work, excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain current in the knowledge of radiologic nursing is required. Imaging sciences, critical care, or ED experience preferred. BLS required.

Qualifications

Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $ 34.00- $44.20

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
