ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant- Part Time in Poughkeepsie, New York
Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Telemarketing Associate to join their team. As a Telemarketing Associate, you will be part of the administrative team supporting existing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Telemarketing Associate - Part Time
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Pay Range: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 4 Days/wk- 5 hrs/day (Friday is a must)
Must be Available Between Hours of 11:00am-6:00pm
What's the Job?
Calling existing clients to set up review appointments
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
Sending out service forms as required
Performing basic administrative duties
Maintaining a comfortable and professional phone presence
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; we welcome enthusiastic learners
Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with clients
Availability to work 4 days per week, including Fridays
Flexibility to choose three additional days between Monday and Thursday
Willingness to work one of the days from 1 PM to 6 PM
