The Claims Administrator will manage the day-to-day service activities for Claim related functions. You will be responsible for overseeing all auto and work comp related responsibilities on a national level, including but not limited to claims management and resolution.


  • Manage automobile, general liability and workers’ compensation claims within the risk and insurance department.

  • Familiarity with all policies governing coverage for auto, general liability and work comp programs.

  • Identify and analyze risks associated with policies

  • Ensure claims are processed in a timely manner and resolve issues that arise during the process.

  • Manage insurance and claims data for reports

  • Implement and manage claims management system

  • Oversee and direct all claim investigations

  • Ensures complete and sound claim settlements, legal reviews and investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Stay up to date on insurance law and regulation

  • Act as a resource to managers in respects to identifying current Insurance coverages vs. client insurance requirements

  • Conduct/Respond to audits to ensure compliance with state & federal law

  • Ability to develop corporate training programs to reduce insurance risk exposure.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in insurance or related work experience.

  • 2-4 years of experience in the Insurance industry.

  • Efficient claims handling skills.

  • Excellent management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent record keeping skills

  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
