Job Title: Tik Tok Video Content Freelancer

Location: Remote-based work with occasional required in-office meetings.

Candidate preferably based in the New York City area for occasional in-person collaboration and content creation sessions.

Hours/Schedule: Part Time, 15-20 hours per week

Type: Contract, 6 month assignment with ability to extend

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled TikTok Video Content Freelancer to join our energetic team. This position is ideal for someone who loves social media, especially TikTok, and has a flair for creating and editing compelling video content. The role involves identifying trends, contributing to art direction, managing community interactions, and assisting with posting content as needed. Your work will be instrumental in enhancing our TikTok presence and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Engaging Short-Form Videos: Create captivating TikTok videos that align with the company's brand identity and resonate with their audience.

• Optimize Video Content: Edit videos to maximize reach and engagement, considering platform-specific nuances and best practices.

• Collaborate on Creative Ideas: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative content that aligns with our campaign goals.

• Trend Monitoring: Keep up with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content strategy to keep our offerings fresh and competitive.

• Content Creation: Film and edit high-quality TikTok videos that align with the company's brand and engage their audience.

• Assist in Art Direction: Help plan and execute creative concepts for TikTok videos, including setting up shots and selecting visuals.

• Community Engagement: Actively manage our TikTok community by responding to comments and messages promptly and in a brand-appropriate manner.

• Content Posting: Assist with the scheduling and posting of TikTok content to maintain a consistent and timely content calendar.

• Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of content, adapting as needed to meet project deadlines.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the TikTok team and other social media members to ensure cohesive content across all platforms.

  Requirements:

• Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a social media content creator, particularly on TikTok, with at least 1-2 years of experience in video creation and editing.

• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in social media content creation and video editing.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing trends, social media analytics, and engagement strategies.

• Creative Mindset: Strong grasp of social media trends with the creativity to produce engaging content.

• Storytelling Ability: Skilled in crafting stories that connect with skincare audiences.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Community Management: Passionate about engaging with and growing an online community.

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility: Able to work efficiently on a project-to-project basis, adapting to shifting timelines and requirements.
