School Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) & Clinical Fellowship (CF)

  • AAK is a proud provider and primary agency for the NYC Department of Education, and we are currently hiring SLPs and CFs for its awarded NYC Department of Education 2024-2025 school year contract!

Our dedicated team works closely with our licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to customize convenient caseloads at single school location. We have full time and part time caseloads available in Public, Private and Charter schools located throughout all regions in NYC.

AAK is owned and directed by Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and we pride ourselves in offering an environment of support and growth to our fellow therapists.

All About Kids also seeks prospective Clinical Fellows (CF) candidates and always ensures each CF truly receives a comprehensive CF Supervision which meets all requirements to obtain NY state licensure and ASHA CCCs.

Compensation

$54 - $70 per hour

Clinical Fellows Only:

  • Receive quarterly stipends for expenses to help kickstart your careers!

  • Paid ASHA Learning Pass for Unlimited ASHA Approved Online Professional Development upon obtaining your full SLP Licensure

Responsibilities

  • Providing quality services in-person in school-based settings

  • Keeping and maintaining thorough, accurate records and documents for each session electronically

  • Monitoring, tracking progress and providing support on IEP goal(s)

  • Proficiently and professionally document services rendered on a timely basis.

  • Complete ongoing communication assessments and review of existing data to review child’s progress.

  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and safeguards related specifically to speech therapy.

Requirements

For CFY:

  • Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology

  • CF eligible TSSLD or TSHH (for preschool and school age placement)

  • Cannotbe a current DOE employee but can be considered if at least 1 yr. 1 day out

For SLP:

  • Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders

  • New York State licensure in Speech and Language Pathology

  • Must have TSHH or TSSLD to provide preschool and school age services.

  • Cannotbe a current DOE employee but can be considered if at least 1 yr. 1 day out
