Our client, a prestigious non-profit organization, is seeking a well-rounded, versatile HR Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses experience handling payroll, recruitment, employee training, new hire orientation, and a background in employee relations. Furthermore, experience with compliance policies and employee handbooks is preferred. Furthermore, the candidate has experience with using Gusto, as well as benefits tracking, and managing a budget and taxes. Experience in a start-up environment is also preferred.
