Super Soccer Stars Coaching Facility Coordinator in New York, New York
Description:
Super Soccer Stars is looking to hire a part-time Facility Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children, athletics, and working with the community. As the Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling, communication, and problem-solving of the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
Maintain flawless communication with customers and prospective customers in person, on the phone, through text, and via email
Answer customer questions; relay program information; communicate schedule changes and updates; offer guidance for program options and solutions.
Assist customers with enrolling, withdrawing, or transferring from a class.
Liaise with customers to receive feedback on the program and communicate with the management team. Handle all initial-level escalated issues swiftly to Super Soccer Stars standards and maximize customer service satisfaction.
Foster relationships with clients, children, and partners to ensure positive customer service
Facility Management (Upper East Side):
Ensure front desk security and completion of office opening and/or closing procedures.
Manage customer service area including, supervision of the front desk and upkeep of promotional material
Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude upon arrival at their classes
Monitor office deliveries and general maintenance of physical space
Ensure that the restrooms are properly maintained and restocked accordingly with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap products
Maintain the space clean, friendly, and organized
Report any lateness or field problems to the Operations Team
Ensure fields have the signage & sandwich board is placed outside
Set up the table to issue marketing materials to families who are passing by
Administrative & Marketing Support:
Assist with class management for open & camp programming for the facility including, but not limited to, class creations, enrollment, re-enrollment calls, support internal team communication (slack, zendesk, salesforce), parent communication, and class refunds
Marketing support includes, but is not limited to, the distribution of flyers, promotional outreach for Soccer Stars programs/events, and partnering with local businesses to grow class enrollment.
Work Hours (approx 25 hours/week)
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Afternoons (2:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
Saturday and Sunday (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Requirements
Customer service experience
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Personable, intelligent, hard-working, outgoing, and energetic
Ability to work independently and proactively on projects and responsibilities
Organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience with children, background in fitness a plus (athletics, sports, etc.)
Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree a plus
