What you'll be doing...
Using data analytics to determine areas of focus for risk and incident reduction.Collaborating with various stakeholders to re-design work tasks.
Conducting qualitative and quantitative ergonomic assessments as required.
Sharing ergonomic information and solutions through various forums including verbal and written communications and program development.
Developing projects that minimize or reduce the likelihood of ergonomic injury.
Where you'll be working...
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
This position can be located in the North East- preferably PA, NY, NJ, CT and/or, DE.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience inoccupational setting.
Experience in ergonomics.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.
Valid Driver's License.
Even better If you have one or more of the following:
Knowledge of Six Sigma training in LEAN or DMAIC process.
Ability to assess all facets of a task, including tools and equipment, posture, force, repetition, human factors, and design.
Ability to think strategically.
Good communicator.
Experience in driving change.
Certified Industrial Ergonomist, Certified Professional or Associate Ergonomist, Physical Therapist, Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
Degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Hygiene, Safety, EHS.
Experience in organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion.
Good interpersonal communication skills. Capable of building successful relationships with internal stakeholders, including those at the senior level.

If you are hired into a Connecticut or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $87,000 and $162,000based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentivebased position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
