Wells Fargo CIB Reputation Risk - Associate / VP in NEW YORK, New York

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced professional that will focus on supporting the implementation of the Reputation Risk policy for CIB.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

  • Review procedures and tools to manage reputation risk and the effectiveness of function to support business performance and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Perform reputation risk assessments through unstructured fact finding and data, develop conclusions about complex issues within time constraints, and recommend appropriate solutions and risk mitigation actions

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area and products.

  • Facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans in CIB.

  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

  • Develop and execute periodic reporting procedures to produce risk measures and risk reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders

  • Provide timely inputs to enterprise risk management programs based on robust understanding of risk drivers

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience working in Compliance, Legal or Risk oriented function in an Investment Bank, Law Firm or consulting firm.

  • Strong communications skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization.

  • Proactive and results oriented individual who can work independently with little supervision.

Pay Range

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00
