Rate of Pay: $16.00
Part time- 25 hours weekly Flexible weekdays, weekends

What You’ll Do:
Inspire hope and promote self-determination.
Provide opportunities for individuals to develop and enhance life skills.
Build meaningful relationships based on shared experiences.
Help individuals overcome obstacles and celebrate their recovery journey.
Partner with individuals and service providers to support personal growth.
As a Peer Specialist, You Will Be:
A Resource Connector– Helping individuals navigate services and promote self-advocacy.
An Ally and Confidant– Sharing personal experiences to foster connection and trust.
A Role Model and Mentor– Bridging the gap to recovery.
A Problem Solver and Planner– Assisting with challenges and treatment plan interpretation.
An Educator and Guide– Providing insight into recovery stages and culture.
A Life Coach– Encouraging exploration and personal development.
What We’re Looking For:
Personal, lived experience with mental health and/or recovery.
Experience overcoming life challenges while managing a mental health diagnosis.
Peer certification is a plus but not required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
A valid driver's license.
