Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time
Summary: This position requires weekday (Tuesday through Friday) availability from 9AM to 3PM or 8AM to 2PM and one weekend day (same hours), must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Responsibilities: Position includes, but is not limited to, making salads and sauces (michigan sauce, dressings, etc.), heating food items to proper hot holding temps for line cooks, slicing meats and cheeses with a slicer, using food processors and knives, rotating stock and putting away food orders. Ideally we are looking for someone with "knife skills" and knowledge of making homemade soups. This position does not include any interaction with customers.
