Responsibilities:
Medication and treatment administration. Documentation/charting on resident conditions. Communicate and interact professionally with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors. Demonstrate the ability to assist the Nurse Manager with various duties as directed.

Qualifications:
LPN License in NY LTC/SNF experience preferred
