1:1 Aide Full and Part Time - The Special Education Services One-on-One Aide assists a designated child with disabilities participating in the Special Education Services Program to carryout their Individual Education Plan.
<P> Major Skills - <LI> Works with a child one on one while also supporting the entire classroom staff and children. <LI> Provides an environment of acceptance and enhances children's understanding of themselves as individuals. <LI> Communicates with children in a positive manner, providing a supportive social and emotional climate. <LI> Models developmentally appropriate practices. Maintains control of the classroom group situation.
