developmental disabilities. Our educational, vocational and life skills programs are only a few of the programsavailable. We also offer parent training, recreational activities and crisis intervention.

Job Responsibilities (Training and Database Assistant):

  • The Training and Database Assistant assists with maintaining Agency databases, EHR, LMS and Broadcasting.

  • Assists with managing training requirements for each position in training management system-percertification requests.

  • Assists with maintaining all staff training records.

  • Issues all New Hire Orientation and ongoing in-service training certificates upon completion for staff and maintains hard copy in training records.

  • The Training and Database Assistant assists with conducting TMS audit on training records for compliance.

  • Assists with maintaining lesson plans and curricula for all training courses.

  • Assists with maintaining training schedule and current training materials.

Job Type: Part-timeRate: $15.00-$20.00 Hr.Required education: college in related fieldRequired experience (if applicable):

  • Strong computer and operational skills

  • Strong office administration skills

  • Business administration supervisory skills

  • Communication skills written and verbal

  • Ability to present trainings, experience preferred
