Position Title: School Monitor - Cafeteria
Anticipated Location: High School
Anticipated Starting Date: ASAP
Anticipated Hours: 10:35 AM - 1:35 PM Monday-Friday
Salary: $19.37/HR
Qualifications:
High school diploma or four years' experience in the care and supervision of children.
Must enjoy working with high school aged children.
Able to walk around for a minimum of two (2) hours.
Familiarity with cafeteria procedures preferred.
Duties:
1. Circulate among students to supervise behavior and attend to students' needs such as obtaining lunch, opening containers, providing utensils and help with hand washing.Maintain allergen free spaces.
Maintain tables and floor in order to assure a safe, healthy and attractive environment.
Establish & maintain a positive culture for students.
Familiar with and/or can support Positive Behavioral Intervention & Support procedures for the cafeteria.
Other duties as assigned by the principal.
Follow directions from supervisors.
