Services are delivered as determined by the individual’s Individualized Service Plan. DSP’s will be responsible for required documentation and depending on the service, may be working in the person’s home, in the community, and/or may be working with other DSPs providing community-based recreational activities.Experience with direct care and/or developmental disabilities preferred.A valid New York state driver’s license and reliable transportation required.The salary for this position is $16.00/hr for Community Habilitation.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
