Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Radiologic Technologist to become part of our client's team in Glens Falls, NY - 12801 . This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Pay

$33.08 to $49.62 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift Differentials

Eligible for a variety of shift differentials depending on work schedule (up to 22% of base-pay)

Shifts Available

Full-Time - Various Shifts Available:

  • 7am-7pm

  • 8am-4:30pm

  • 7pm-7am

  • 10:30am-11pm

Part-Time also available.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of Radiologic Technology Program.

  • ARRT Certified.

  • NY State Licensure.

  • BLS Certification.

Preferred:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Job Summary

  • Conduct high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations using the appropriate technical skills, following established procedures and protocols in various settings, including the main department, emergency room, operating room, and other areas of the hospital.

  • Engage in all aspects of patient care in radiology, providing support during pre- and post-care phases.

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring safety, education, radiation protection, and a positive customer service experience throughout procedures.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, particularly in the Radiology Information System.

  • Fulfill the responsibilities of a staff technologist while offering direct and indirect clinical supervision and education to students in a clinical environment.

  • Collaborate and participate in departmental projects and teams aimed at identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.

  • Assist with various supportive tasks, such as transporting patients, performing office and clerical functions, troubleshooting equipment, managing supplies in rooms, and cleaning radiographic equipment.

  • Occasionally provide direct and indirect supervision of radiology students, as well as indirect supervision of orderlies to facilitate patient flow.
