STATUS: Part Time - 20 hours a week
LOCATION: Ontario, Yates, Seneca, and Livingston Counties
DEPARTMENT: Home Care
SCHEDULE: Monday through Fridays, Days
ATTRIBUTES
- Masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology (may be MA, MS, Med)
- 1 year experience as a SLP preferred.
- Home Care Only: Current N.Y.S. Drivers License is required to drive own car in order to meet essential functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

- Patient Evaluation & Development. Meet the patient's goals and needs by providing quality, evidence based care; assess, develop and implement an individualized treatment plan
- Patient Care. Help patient accomplish treatment plan and accept therapeutic devices/recommendations; instruct, encourage and assist patients in performing daily-living activities and in using assistive and supportive devices
- Leadership. Develop the speech-language therapy staff; provide information, develop and conduct in-service training programs
- MS: Speech Pathology (Required)
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- CCC-SLP - Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology - American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASLHA)
- SLP - Speech-Language Pathologist - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
