The Manger is responsible for the supervision of the Project Leader, of full time and part time Community Services staff, which include Site- Based and Community Based Services. Coordinates and maintains workload and work assignments for employees. Provides and documents Community Services. Conducts required assessments and meetings required by regulation for individual services in any Pre-vocational Service. Requirements: Associates degree preferred; significant experience in lieu of degree may be considered2-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred; at least one year coordinating and scheduling work tasks. Sound decision-making skills and judgement. Good verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and produce work according to established time frames. Must successfully complete a Background Check process.
