GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Front Desk Fitness Center Associate is responsible for greeting customers, ensuring the front desk is supervised during the shift of coverage, and maintaining the gym floor and equipment. The Associate is responsible for signing up membership, collecting fees, maintaining membership and vendor logs, copying, printing, and scanning of important documents - answering phone calls, messages, and emails, assisting with tabling and special events. The Associate will also assist the Fitness Manager, Sr. Associate, and Instructors when needed.
Salary: $17/hour
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting customers
Supervising front desk
Signing up/ Selling Membership
Collecting fees
Assist on copying, printing, and scanning of important documents
Maintaining vendor and membership logs
Opening the front desk
Answering phone calls, messages, and emails
Maintaining the gym floor and gym equipment
Assisting Fitness Manager, Sr. Associate, and Instructors when needed
Able to lift up to 45lbs
