Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Digital Sustainable Operations (SO) Team. Our Digital SO services help our clients deploy enterprise Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS& S) software solutions.

In this role, you will lead project teams to ensure the successful implementation of the Enablon, Intelex, Sphera and/or Cority software solution. You will be working on projects as the guiding expert helping to advise our internal teams on software system design, configuration, and deployment. As a subject matter expert in the system, you will provide best practices and deep technical expertise in the functionality and configuration. You will also be the main point of contact for our clients.

The role is also include business development including lead generation and opportunity pursuit with our current clients as well as targeted key accounts.

Role accountabilities:

  • Lead teams through the lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment. This includes working with clients to understand, refine and document their needs and requirements in a design specification, leading and supporting configuration teams, conducting system testing, creating strategies, and executing system integration and data migration plans and lead final system preparation for go-live.
  • Serve as senior technical system configuration expert by leading teams of technical configuration staff as well as performing advanced configuration. As a subject matter expert provide functionality and configuration best practices for the software. You will provide support sustainment and ongoing support services.
  • Assist with business development activities within the highly dynamic and growing SO market, driving sustained growth, and delivering an unparalleled client experience. You will help the SO growth team and will work with business line leadership including Technical Solutions, Client Development and Operations. Success will result in sustained and profitable growth, identification and development of new logos, clients are delighted by their experience with our teams and career growth is realized by our people.

We are seeking an individual with a strong leadership ability and a team player mindset with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and client facing. This position may involve travel of up to 15% to client sites and customer meetings. The position has the option of working remotely from a home location or from an Arcadis office location.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 15 years of experience working within Enablon, Intelex, Sphera and/or Cority software system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related.
  • Experience with some of the following domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, product stewardship, occupational health, management systems or quality management systems.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $126750 - $211250. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
