Description of Duties:
This position is grant funded. -Study measures design, including quantitative survey (measure identification, survey coding in REDCap, qualitative interview guide) -Lead online recruitment of participants, including sending reminder emails for survey invitations and qualitative interview scheduling -Conduct qualitative interviews with study participants (training will occur prior to beginning interviews) -Assist with IRB submissions, other study-related administration -Conduct data coding/re-coding and analysis, guided by the principal investigator -Tracking and processing participant incentive payments
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Must be a current Downstate student in good standing. Some previous research training or experience required. Training or understanding in how to engage multiply marginalized populations with competency/humility, or desire to learn, is a must. PREFERRED: Quantitative or qualitative data skills, including data collection and/or analysis. Desire and willingness to work with LGBTQ+ patients and/or Hispanic/Latinx patients - experience is a plus, but not required. Previous experience with REDCap. Spanish language proficiency a plus.
