About the Practice Pearle Vision Brewster is seeking an Optometrist to join our passionate team for a full-time position. Located in Brewster, New York our dedicated team of doctors provides high-quality care to patients of all ages. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and energetic Optometrist to join our practice! About the Optometrist Position This role is a sublease position, meaning you collect your own fees and essentially will have your own book of business! As an Optometrist in our practice, your regular duties will include: * Perform comprehensive eye exams * Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease * Prescribe corrective lenses * Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients * Handle eyecare emergencies * Diagnosing and managing eye conditions such as dry eye and conjunctivitis Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications * Doctor of Optometry (O.D.)
