We value work-life balance and offer an extensive benefit package.We are currently hiring for a Direct Support Professional, to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency. As a Direct Support Professional, you would be responsible for: •Assisting, providing and promoting independence in individuals’ daily treatment, care and services•Administering medications accurately and in accordance with agency policy and procedures•Maintaining a current knowledge base of the population served by the agency’s mission and their physical, health and emotional related needs•This position is expected to respect the individual’s personal choice, lifestyles and their dignity to make decisions for themselvesDirect Support Professional Minimum Salary: $15.30/hour or $16.30/hour starting rate is determined by program assignedDirect Support Professional Maximum Salary: $16.50/hour or $17.50/hour once all required trainings have been completedDirect Support Professional Schedule: Full-time and part-time, morning, evening, and awake overnight shifts availableThe training requirements are 5 days of Orientation, SCIP CPR/First Aid, and Medication Administration Certification, including successful completion of medication pours.
